About Emma HosmerEmma, originally from the UK, began her financial career in Santa Barbara, CA whilst working as the Office Manager for a General Contracting company. Here she mastered all aspects of the Quickbooks software, bookkeeping and payroll.
She remained with the company for 2 years before relocating to San Diego where she took a job as a researcher for an Executive Recruitment company. However, this is when she realized her passion for finance and returned to bookkeeping as the controller for a technology magazine here in San Diego.
After 2 years, Emma left the magazine and provided her bookkeeping services to an electrical/photovoltaic company. She remained with the company for several years until the business was sold and in 2010 she founded Point Loma Bookkeeping.
Emma works with many different industries including lodging, graphic design, marine surveyors, finance and the law profession. She looks forward to developing more relationships with business owners and imparting her skills and knowledge to help others succeed.
Emma enjoys yoga and cycling and spending time with her familly in this beautiful paradise, San Diego.
